Momentum Engineering was established in 2004 by Mr. Salman Qadir. He has over 11 years experience in Civil Engineering serving both public and private clients. As a licensed Professional Engineer he has extensive experience in managing all facets of civil engineering projects. He has managed Civil Engineering related projects for clients including feasibility and conceptual studies, master plans, preliminary & final engineering design, preparation of bid packages, bid process & award of contracts, construction phase services and project closeout.
In addition to management responsibilities, Mr. Qadir is actively involved in all aspects of project activities throughout the firm and is instrumental in overall quality control.

He has over 16 years of experience in surveying and related fields with a strong emphasis in boundary surveying, design & topographic surveying and construction phase services in both the residential and commercial sectors. His extensive knowledge regarding requirements from city, county, state and federal agencies make him an indispensible member of the design team.
Mr. Prida is actively involved in the preparation & development of surveys and strives for an accurate, timely and quality project. He oversees the day-to-day operations in the Surveying and Mapping department. He is diligent in his commitment to keeping up-to-date with the latest in surveying technologies.

Refugio "Fugy" Trejo was brought on board in early 2008 to consolidate and streamline project management. He came to the firm with five years of project management experience in both commercial and residential development. He brings with him a proactive problem solving approach to foresee potential conflicts and eliminate/mitigate them. His fundamental belief in the principle of management by method is key to creating an environment for continuous improvements in individual as well as company performance.
Refugio has a thorough understanding of the interaction between the structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines that facilitate a project's timely completion.
In his position at Momentum, Refugio participates in the conceptual development of a project and oversees its organization, scheduling and implementation in the most cost-effective and timely manner.
